BUYER:
The information declared during the order process will be taken as the basis.

Subject of the Agreement:
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER through www.rova.net.tr.

Product and Payment:
The type, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the products are specified during the order process.

Delivery:
Products will be delivered to the specified address following order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Disputes:
In case of disputes arising from this contract, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
