Returns & Cancellation Policy

Customers may return products or send them for exchange within 14 days of receiving them.

Products returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage caused by the customer. These conditions do not limit statutory rights concerning products delivered defective or damaged in transit.

We provide a return or exchange code for use with our designated shipping carrier. ROVA covers shipping costs for shipments made using this code. No restocking fees apply.

Returned products are inspected upon arrival. Refunds for products that meet the return conditions are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

If your product arrives defective, broken, or damaged, please contact us with your order details and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging. These requests are reviewed and resolved in accordance with consumers’ statutory rights.

Breakage, misuse, or other damage caused by the customer after delivery is not considered a product defect or shipping damage.

This policy does not limit consumers’ statutory withdrawal rights or their rights concerning defective products under applicable law.
