Shipping and Delivery Policy

ROVA TR orders are shipped throughout Türkiye via our contracted shipping carrier.

Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee for deliveries within Türkiye is 100 TL.

Delivery Time:
Orders are prepared after payment approval and handed over to the contracted shipping carrier for delivery within a maximum of 7 business days.

Shipment Tracking:
When your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be shared with you where available.

Delivery Address:
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Please make sure your address and contact information are correct before placing an order.

Damaged or Missing Delivery:
If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, we recommend checking it together with the courier where possible. Please contact us if an item arrives damaged or missing.
