DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT

This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER whose details are set out below and the BUYER who places an order through www.rova.net.tr.

BUYER

The information declared by the buyer during the ordering process shall be taken as the basis.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER through www.rova.net.tr.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The product type, quantity, unit price, total sales price including taxes, and payment method are stated during checkout. By completing payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by MNG Kargo to the address provided by the BUYER during checkout within a maximum of 7 business days following payment approval. Public holidays and force majeure events may extend the delivery period.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notice must be given through one of the following channels:

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURN CONDITIONS

The return process begins when the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER. The returned product must be sent via MNG Kargo. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER using the original payment method within 14 days after the returned product reaches the SELLER.

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTES

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s place of residence are authorized.

📄 PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

The BUYER acknowledges having been informed before completing the order about the following:

• The basic characteristics of the purchased product.
• The sales price of the product including taxes.
• The payment method.
• The delivery period (7 business days).
• The withdrawal period (14 days).
• The return conditions.

By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have approved this form electronically.

📄 RETURN & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery:
Orders are shipped by MNG Kargo within 7 business days following payment approval.

Returns:
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused and undamaged. If a shipment is delivered broken or damaged, the BUYER should request a damage report from the courier.
